Substance Abuse Evaluations
DUI, OWI, DWI & Substance Abuse Assessment evaluations are generally court ordered and consist of a set of comprehensive questions designed to determine whether the offender meets the diagnosis of substance abuse or addiction, or has misused the substance that led to the arrest.
Guardianship Evaluations
Guardianship evaluations may be necessary for families whose parent or sibling has diminished cognitive capacity due to aging, dementia, stroke, or other injury or event.
